Qualified Designers and Architects actively working in trade will receive a 15% discount on all regular products.
A specialised Trade discount code will be issued to you to use at check out once you have added your products to your cart.
Trade discount codes can be passed along to your clients if you wish. 
If passing along to your client please notify us of the person you have authorised to use your code to ensure there is no misuse of your unique code and to be sure the correct tax is applied. When ordering, if you use the email address that has been used setting up the account your Resellers Tax Exemption will automatically be applied.
Salon Design is currently FFABB's representative for all US sales and distribution. 
Yes we do offer COM as an option for Trade accounts only. Samples must be approved in person by our workroom prior to order. Swatches can be mailed to our warehouse for approval. COM or COL, fabrics must be sent directly to you from the supplier to confirm the correct fabric and dye lot has been shipped. The COM form below must be printed out, filled in and sent to our workroom along with the fabric to ensure the correct side of the fabric is used and the desired direction is noted etc. We want to be sure the whole process is smooth, stress free from start to finish.
FFABB home charges Provincial sales taxes of 7% PST, and 5% GST for Canadian sales.  If you are reselling our goods and have a PST # this must be given to our team at the time of account set up and tax codes will be adjusted on your order automatically.
Tax codes for your country or region will be applicable to your sale. 
Canadian sales are in Canadian dollars and US sales are in US dollars.

We do offer limited modifications on our collection pieces. Send us an email at and we would be happy to assist you with pricing. Trade discount does not apply to any customization fees that have been quoted by our team only the products themselves.
Fabric swatches can be ordered online here per project basis and will ship free of charge and arrive within 2-3 days in most areas. Need the full offerings of samples of ease of specifying our products? Send an email to and we would be happy to assist. We stock all of our FFABBrics to ensure we don't ever run into delays.
Smaller items (Toss Pillows / and Individual Ottomans) are shipped via one of our preferred shipping parteners and are delivered to the front door. 
Sofas and larger items are shipped with a White Glove flat rate fee for BC at this time. We are currently working on shipping routes to other provinces and into the US. If you are interested in ordering outside BC please send an email to 
White Glove Shipping means that the furniture will be delivered inside your home to the room of your choice, unpacked, checked over. Our movers will also take away all packing materials. Any damage in shipping is automatically insured and will be remedied without any cost to you. White glove delivery provides the highest peace of mind for your furniture investments.

You will be notified when items are complete with photos prior to packaging for shipment. Once you have seen the pictures of your new goodies and all are happy which we know you will be, we will coordinate the delivery with you.
All Items must be collected within 1 week or will be charged a storage fee of $15 per day.
*Please note at checkout that delivery will automatically be ticked as FREE pickup unless manually changed to ship by our carriers.
At this time we are not currently shipping to the US. Our products must be arranged by the purchaser to ship to a receiving dock and from there you can use your preferred white-glove delivery carrier.  All large format goods are palletized. Dimensions and weights will be provided by our Trade Support Team.
