Warranty

All FFABB sofas and armchairs have a 5 year limited warranty.

-The guarantee covers any functional, material or manufacturing defect on the products you buy from ffabb for private use.

-In all cases, provided the frame is upholstered in the original fabric under normal wear and tear conditions, you are covered against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the frame.

-We will cover fabrics for the first 5 years against seam failure and  separation only. We have carefully chosen each fabric for its durability and longevity and are confident in their performance. 

Limitations:

-Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture.  

-The warranty is considered void if products are outside of Canada & the US.

- Accidental or incidental damage, fading, and discolouration from light or sunlight will not be covered under this 5 year warranty. Natural wear of fabrics may occur over time and are not considered defects.

Warranty Service:

If you suspect you have a claim under warranty, please send photos along with a written description of the defect causing concern & a copy of the original purchase receipt to info@ffabb.com
